We provide an integrated software suite for restaurant management (Deyafa POS) as Software as a Service (SaaS). The service includes data hosting, regular updates, and technical support according to the selected subscription plan.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Fees are based on the selected subscription plan (monthly or annually).
• The customer is committed to paying invoices on time to ensure service continuity.
• The company reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice to customers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights for the software, designs, and logos are owned exclusively by Simple Touch Software Solutions. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the system without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company strives to ensure 99.9% service stability; however, we are not liable for any losses resulting from customer internet interruptions, system misuse, or data loss caused by user negligence.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
